Our Team

The Training Keys staff has extensive experience providing novel training solutions to a variety of customers in a range of formats. We have created and implemented training for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), delivered STEM enrichment camps and workshops for K-12 and college audiences, and facilitated wellness conferences and activities for academia and the general public. Our team has also developed curricula that were implemented in professional and academic programs on a range of topics and presented a unique framework for training STEM employees as well as for designing and implementing instructional escape rooms to assess learning effectiveness.  While these services were rendered to professional organizations, Training Keys also serves individuals and small groups.  We’re equipped to provide personal support through consultations and/or wellness sessions and can even come to your home to host activities for your personal group.  We’ve created and facilitated activities at birthday parties and baby showers, and we can do the same for you!

Members of the Training Keys leadership team have been offering its education and training services in the areas of academic enrichment, professional development, and personal development and wellness for the last 20+ years. The staff consists of personnel with professional backgrounds from academia, government, industry, and the health and wellness sectors who are trained to be motivational instructors and serve as consultants in different subject areas. Moreover, many of them are pioneers in their field who have implemented novel techniques and strategies in their disciplines, are routinely called upon to train the masses at well-known events, and regularly mentor the next generation of professionals in their areas of expertise.

Training Keys provide a variety of training solutions for corporate, community  and professional organizations, and also individuals. Supporting clients from many different sectors, we match our wide range of products and services to a customer’s unique needs. Our instructional methods are based on the science of learning, and we consider a variety of learning styles. More importantly, our training is effective and fun!
